Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is a valid ID?
A: The short answer is, if you can use the ID to buy cigarettes or alcohol, then its valid. We accept active state IDs, drivers' licenses, passports. Active means not expired!
Q: Do you have a lost & found?
A: No, we do not. Occasionally, good people will turn in cell phones, IDs and other lost items to the bar. The best way to find out if your lost item was found is to call the venue in the afternoon to see if anyone turned the item in.
Q: Where can I buy tickets to shows?
A: If advance tickets are available, a link to the ticket vendor will be posted in the listing for the show on our calendar. If there are no advance tickets available for a show, tickets will be sold at the door when the doors open.
Q: Does Popscene also happen on the weekend?
A: No. 330 Ritch may have other events on the weekend but these events usually don't involve Popscene.
Q: What time does the show start?
A: If there is only one act, the show will start around 11:15.
Q: I lost my ID and am waiting for a replacement. How can I get into the club?
A: Use a current passport or a current school ID with photo AND birth certificate. Please contact us regarding this though: popscenesf@gmail.com.
